SPAN 301A - Advanced Spanish for Non-Native Spanish Speakers
Units: 3Designed to assist non-native Spanish speakers in their continued development of Spanish language skills necessary for upper-division study. Intensive review of grammar with emphasis on contrastive features, interference from English and other specific areas of Spanish typically problematic for non-native speakers. Through reading and viewing of modern texts and media, special attention is paid to oral and written language development across a number of Spanish language registers. Conducted in Spanish. This course should be taken concurrently with SPAN 302.Enrollment Requirements:Enrollment Requirement: SPAN 202.
