ENGB 495 - Innovation in Brewing Science and Technology
Units: 2Capstone course in the EngiBeering™ program. Introduces students to the latest challenges at the small, medium, and large sizes of brewery operations and requires students to work in a brewery or brewing business.
Prerequisite(s):ENTR 400 and ENGB 401, both with a grade of B (3.0) or better.
