Units: 3Study of lexical scanning, parsing methods, intermediate code generation, error detection, and recovery. Included will be the design and implementation of a simple compiler or components of an actual compiler. May not be taken for credit by students who have received credit for CS 453.
Prerequisite(s):For undergraduates and enrollment requirement for graduate students: CS 351 and CS 421.
