MGMT 420 - Personnel Selection and AppraisalUnits: 4 Examines the process for employee selection and appraisal. Includes job analysis, test validity/reliability, legal issues and a variety of selection techniques (e.g., recruiting applications, interview, mental ability/personality tests). Covers employee appraisal issues including norm-based and absolute appraisal politics and rater motivation. May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: MGMT 484 -2.
