SSCI 101 - Introduction to Interdisciplinary Social Sciences

Introduces the history, epistemology, perspectives, and methods of the social sciences and interdisciplinarity. Uses social science disciplines and interdisciplinarity to explore and address select social issues. Using an interdisciplinary lens, examines how these issues are shaped and experienced by gender, race, class, nationality and citizenship, age, and sexual orientation.
