PSYC 361 - Brain and MindUnits: 3 Examines the relationship between the brain and the behavior produced by the brain. Intended for non-majors, this course will review basic neuroanatomy and physiology, and consider mind/brain relations in the context of psychoactive drugs, brain development, neurological disorders, sexual behavior, and cognitive abilities such as language, memory, thinking, and consciousness. May not be counted toward the Psychology Major or Minor. Cross-listed: PSYC 361 and BIOL 348 are cross-listed. Students may not receive credit for both. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to students who have completed the Lower-Division General Education requirement in Life Science (B2).
