BUS 204 - Business StatisticsUnits: 3 Examines how to distill useful business information by collecting, organizing, and processing data to support business decision-making. Covers descriptive statistics (graphical representation and numerical measurements), discrete/continuous probability distributions (e.g. binomial distribution, normal distribution, etc.), and inferential statistics (e.g. confidence interval estimation, hypothesis testing, simple regression, etc.). Students will learn how to use statistical software such as Microsoft Excel to solve real world business problems. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to students with at least sophomore standing.
