Covers basic concepts of AC systems, single-phase and three-phase circuits, transformers, transmission lines, electric power generators, AC and DC motors, energy conversion and electric machinery. Two hours of lecture. Three hours of laboratory.

Prerequisite(s): EE 280 and PHYS 321 .
