SPAN 450A - Seminar in LanguageUnits: 3 Seminar in a specialized topic dealing with the Spanish language as it has developed, changed, and reached its present form in Spain and Latin America. Concentration on a specific element in the historical, phonetic or semantic evolution of Spanish, or on pedagogical ramifications/applications. Conducted in Spanish. May be repeated for a total of six (6) units. Enrollment Requirement(s): One upper-division Spanish linguistics course.
Prerequisite(s): SPAN 301A or SPAN 301B and SPAN 302 and SPAN 303 .
