ENVS 340 - Environmental JusticeUnits: 3 Examines the role of social inequities, especially those of class and race, in the production and distribution of environmental risks in societies at the local, national, and global levels. Reviews environmental justice theories, concepts, and methods with special attention to risk science, ecosystem management, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development.
