PSYC 402 - Psychological TestingUnits: 4 Examines core principles and methods of psychological testing for individuals and groups across domains such as intelligence, educational achievement and aptitude, personality, career exploration, and clinical/counseling applications. Covers test development, reliability, validity, interpretation, norms, and limitations. Addresses ethical and cultural considerations in test use and evaluation. Prerequisite(s): PSYC 100 , PSYC 220 , (PSYC 230 or PSYC 231 ), and (one of the following: PSYC 391 , PSYC 392 , PSYC 393 , PSYC 394 , PSYC 395 , or PSYC 396 ) with a grade of C (2.0) or better.
