KINE 200 - First Aid and Safety

Units: 1

Trains the individual with emergency first aid procedures. Includes first aid basics, medical emergencies (e.g., diabetes, epilepsy, heart attack, etc.), injury emergencies (e.g., wounds, burns), environmental emergencies, and preventing illness and injury. Each student will have the opportunity to acquire their Heartsaver First Aid Certification. This course is taught by a certified American Heart Association instructor.
Course may be repeated for a total of two (2) units in order to maintain certification.
