MATH 150 - Calculus for the Life SciencesUnits: 3 Covers differential and integral calculus for functions of one variable, including exponential and logarithmic functions. Emphasizes applications in the Life Sciences, such as exponential and logistic growth, linear approximation, differential equations, population models. Prerequisite(s): A passing score on the Calculus Readiness Diagnostics Test, or MATH 105 , or MATH 115 , or MATH 125 with a grade of C (2.0) or better. Students who have taken precalculus or the equivalent in high school are encouraged to take the calculus readiness diagnostic in lieu of MATH 105/115/125. Satisfies GE area: 2
