SLP 597 - Study Abroad in SLP

Units: 1-4

A field-based study and application of speech-language pathology concepts in an international setting. Focuses on understanding how communication and swallowing disorders are viewed and treated in a different country. Students may participate in scientific research, learn from international content experts, visit sites of interest, and/or engage in community outreach. Students should check the Class Schedule for listing of actual topics.
Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to students who have obtained consent of instructor.
