NURS 491 - Transition to Nursing Practice

Provides opportunity for traditional and accelerated BSN nursing students to work in a clinical setting and strengthen their professional nurse identity by working under the supervision of a clinical preceptor as a role model. Allows for acquisition of additional clinical practice in a real work setting.
Grading Basis: Graded Credit/No Credit.

Prerequisite(s): NURS 320 and NURS 321 for Traditional BSN students; NURS 324 and NURS 325 for Accelerated BSN students.
