NURS 490 - Transition to Nursing Practice Seminar

Utilizes the steps of the nursing care process in clinical decision making in a variety of patient care situations and case scenarios. Reviews the essentials of assessment, nursing diagnosis, goal setting, implementation and evaluation in multiple health deviations and across the life span. Assesses the student’s basic nursing knowledge will be performed using a standardized nursing examination.
Grading Basis: Graded Credit / No Credit.
