NURS 450 - Nursing Leadership and Professional IssuesUnits: 2 Covers organizational theory and management practices applied to health care systems. Explores the role of the nurse as leader and change agent in the delivery of care to patient groups and communities within complex and diverse health care settings. Examines contemporary issues affecting the delivery of health care and discipline and professional practice of nursing.

ABSN Program: Students who have completed the first three semesters of the program.
TBSN Program: Senior students
ADN/RN to BSN Program: Students who have completed all courses in the first four 8-week sessions of the program map.
