KINE 132 - Tai ChiUnits: 1 Beginning level of knowledge and skills in beginning Tai Chi. Focuses on general physical fitness and skill performance as it relates to Tai Chi. Principles, techniques, safe practices and strategies of Tai Chi will be taught. May be repeated for a total of four (4) units. Grading Basis: Graded Credit / No Credit.
