KINE 129 - Strength TrainingUnits: 1 Knowledge of fitness performance through core strength training exercises. Strength Training for fitness through use of resistance and weight equipment. Self-paced class where programming depends upon each individual’s fitness level. May be repeated for a total of four (4) units. Grading Basis: Graded Credit / No Credit.
