KINE 128 - SpeedmintonUnits: 1 Beginning level knowledge and motor skill in Speedminton. Techniques and strategies of gameplay with an emphasis on multiple opportunities to respond and maintain health-enhancing level of cardiorespiratory endurance while engaged in Speedminton. May be repeated for a total of four (4) units. Grading Basis: Graded Credit / No Credit.
