ESW 100 - Writing Lab

Units: 1

Supports writing across the curriculum. Engages a community of writers in workshops for in-progress drafts from other classes. An expert writing instructor offers academic writing advice and feedback and introduces institutional supports for writing, such as the Writing Center.
May be repeated for a total of two (2) units. Cross-listed: ESW 100 and GEW 100 are cross-listed. Because 100 can be repeated twice, students may receive credit for both. Grading Basis: Graded Credit / No Credit. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment determined by Directed Self Placement (DSP). ESW 101A and ESW 100 may not be taken concurrently.
