Renew Your Enthusiam for Learning • Explore New Interests • Make New Friends
Learning isn’t limited by age. At CSUSM’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, students choose from a wide range of classes focusing on music, art, history, politics, literature, medicine and more. Our Osher students show us why education matters at every age and we are inspired not only by the vitality of their intellectual curiosity but by the power of the friendships they develop.
“Osher gave me an outlet for being able to meet other people and have some interesting conversations,” says Osher member Carmen Multhauf. “And I think the biggest benefit is being able to open your mind to other ideas and other viewpoints.”
“I joined Cal State San Marcos’ Osher program shortly after moving to Carlsbad and it’s provided the best value for ongoing intellectual stimulation to be found,” says member Jack Cumming. “The variety of offerings and the quality of the faculty are top-notch.”
Detailed information on all of our Osher programs is available at csusm.edu/el/olli.
