SOC 425 - Sociological MindfulnessUnits: 4 Explores the joint application of sociological insights and mindfulness practices as a means to enhance well-being and social relationships over a lifetime. Covers how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and circumstances shape and are shaped by the web of social relations linking people across time and space. Explores the integration of these insights within mindfulness practices to improve the quality of their own and others’ lives. May not be taken for credit by students who have received credit for SOC 485 -1.
