GEOG 431 - Remote Sensing and ApplicationsUnits: 3 Introduces the concepts and techniques of remote sensing including how remote sensing data are acquired, displayed, restored, enhanced, and analyzed. Presents methods and techniques for obtaining and integrating with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) quantitative and qualitative geospatial information from aerial and satellite images, maps, and Global Positioning Systems (GPS).
Prerequisite(s): GEOG 335 with a grade of C (2.0) or better.
